Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 9 am EST ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 9 am EST will ship the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Free shipping on all orders over $75
  • Flat rate shipping available on orders under $75
  • Economy: 5–8 business days (USPS Ground Advantage)
  • Priority: 4-6 business days (UPS or USPS Priority)

Express Orders

  • Call customer service 1-888-694-2893
  • Must be placed by 9 am EST for same-day shipment
  • Express orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Weekend delivery is not guaranteed

International Shipping

  • USPS First Class International: 7-21 business days depending on location
  • Buyer is responsible for all customs duties
  • Oh My Gauze is only responsible for package delivery to customs location at the destination country

Important Shipping Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders cannot be refunded or replaced due to incorrect addresses
  • Refused packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges, including return shipping fees
