Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 9 am EST typically ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 9 am EST will ship the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Free shipping on all orders over $75
  • Flat rate shipping available on orders under $75
  • Economy: 5–8 business days
  • Standard: 3–4 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 days (Mon–Sun, non-guaranteed)
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Express Orders

  • Must be placed by 9 am EST for same-day shipment
  • Orders placed after 9 am should call customer service for assistance
  • Express orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Weekend delivery is not guaranteed

International Shipping

  • Standard International (FedEx): 6–12 business days
  • Buyer is responsible for all customs duties (FedEx will contact by email)
  • Oh My Gauze is only responsible for package delivery up to customs at the destination country

Important Shipping Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders cannot be refunded or replaced due to incorrect addresses
  • Refused packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges, including return shipping fees
