What size is right for me?
- Size 0 = XS/S (2–4)
- Size 1 = S/M (6–10)
- Size 2 = L/XL (12–14)
- Size 3 = XXL (16 and up)
- Size O/S (One Size) = A generous Size 2–3 fit
Please use these as guidelines only. Due to our dyeing process, dimensions may vary up to ±1.25 in.

Is there anything I should expect from my items?
- Clothing folded in packaging may appear slightly different in size than items purchased in-store.
- Cotton fibers relax after hanging or steaming.
- Natural cotton stretches when wet, so if an item feels snug, you can often gain roominess by wetting or steaming and then hang drying.
- Most waistbands are elastic with plenty of stretch.
What are the washing instructions?
- Do not bleach
- Use mild soap
- Cold machine wash separately
- Cool tumble dry
- No ironing necessary
⚠️ Please avoid whiteners, brighteners, or bleach. Darker/vibrant colors may bleed during initial washes but will lessen and eventually stop.
Are the clothes pre-washed and pre-shrunk?
Yes, all garments are pre-washed and pre-shrunk at the factory.

What material are the clothes made from and where are they made?
All Oh My Gauze!® clothing is made from 100% cotton gauze, manufactured in Mexico.
Do dye lots match from one piece to another?
Slight irregularities and color variations are normal with our special dyeing process. These variations are part of what make each piece unique.
If you order a top and bottom in the same color, we’ll do our best to match them.
What does it mean when an item is not found?
It usually means the item is temporarily out of stock. Our website updates automatically once restocked (often within a few weeks).

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax applies only to orders shipping within Florida.
How do I cancel or change an order?
Please call customer service at 941-377-6560 (option 1) as soon as possible. Orders often ship the same day, so changes may not always be possible once processed.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Oh My Gauze! gift cards are available for purchase online. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping & Duties
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 9 am EST typically ship the same business day.
How much is shipping?
United States
- Free Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $75.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Available on orders under $75.
- Economy: 5–8 business days
- Standard: 3–4 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 days (Mon–Sun, non-guaranteed)
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Express Shipping: Orders must be placed by 9 am EST for same-day shipment. Orders placed after 9 am should call for assistance. Express ships Mon–Fri (excluding holidays). Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.
International (via FedEx)
- Standard International: 6–12 business days
- Buyer is responsible for all customs duties (FedEx will email instructions)
- Oh My Gauze! is responsible only up to customs in the destination country
Important Notes:
- Oh My Gauze! is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Please confirm your shipping address carefully — we cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.
- Refused packages are refunded minus all shipping charges (including return shipping).

Will I be charged duty on international orders?
Yes. The buyer’s government will collect customs duties before delivery.
