Refund policy

At Oh My Gauze! we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must be processed at our warehouse, retail stores cannot accept returns.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less original shipping charges.

After 30 Days

• Items returned after 30 days will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card.

Restocking Fees

• Returns of entire orders of 6 or more items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Returns of sale or discontinued items are subject to a 50% restocking fee and refunded as store credit.
• Items not meeting return standards may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Exchanges

• We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style.
• Exchanges ship free of charge once per order in the U.S. only.
• If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Final Sale Items

• Gift cards, discontinued colors, and clearance items are final sale.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return is processed.

Processing Time

• Returns and exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.
• During peak seasons (April–August), processing may take 10–14 business days.
