    We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. For exchanges, we'll send you a different color, size or an entirely different style. Sorry, We DO NOT Accept Returns On Sale Items.

Mail It In

Returns:
Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt and mail it to the address below. Your credit card will be refunded (less original shipping charges). All returns for refunds are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Exchanges:
Please mark the items you are exchanging on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below.

    You can always return merchandise purchased online to an Oh My Gauze store. Just bring your original invoice, and we will gladly exchange, offer a store credit or refund your money. Refunds will have a 10% re-stocking fee applied.
