We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. For exchanges, we'll send you a different color, size or an entirely different style. Sorry, We DO NOT Accept Returns On Sale Items.

Returns:
Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt and mail it to the address below. Your credit card will be refunded (less original shipping charges). All returns for refunds are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Exchanges:
Please mark the items you are exchanging on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below.

You can always exchange or receive a store credit at any Oh My Gauze store with a original invoice or receipt. As stated above, refunds must be mailed back to the Returns Department, and have a 10% re-stocking fee applied.
